To promote the deep integration of additive manufacturing technology with the mold industry and support enterprise transformation and upgrading, in mid-September 2026 the Chengdu Economic and Technological Development Zone Mold Industry Association organized more than 50 member companies' Ｅxecutives and technical backbones to visit Chengdu Jinshi Youzhi Technology Co., Ltd. for a dedicated observation and technical exchange. Xinzhi sent technicians Xie Yang, Tang Huaxian and Wang Zerui to take part in the event and visit the 3D printing smart manufacturing factory on site.

Chengdu Jinshi Youzhi Technology is the Southwest headquarters of Shenzhen Jinshi 3D Group. Jointly invested and built by the group, the Chengdu Economic and Technological Development Zone and Jiaozifund with a total investment of RMB 3.5 billion, it has built a 50-mu modern smart manufacturing base and is a key high-tech enterprise in the region. The company operates both metal and non-metal 3D printing technology routes and has full industrialization capability, providing solid technical support for the intelligent upgrading of the local mold industry.

The delegation visited the intelligent production workshop, the 3D printing production line and the technology R&D exhibition area, gaining a close-up understanding of the operating logic and production process of additive manufacturing equipment, and learning about the practical application of 3D printing in precision mold development and process optimization.

After the on-site visit, a dedicated seminar was held. Participating companies had in-depth discussions with the Jinshi Youzhi technical team on common industry challenges such as complex mold forming, lightweight manufacturing, capacity improvement and cost optimization, learning from each other and jointly exploring paths for high-quality industry development.

The event built a platform for technical sharing across the industry, effectively broadening enterprises' innovation thinking and laying a solid foundation for introducing new technologies and advancing intelligent manufacturing in the mold industry.
