In early September, Mr. Ye Xiaobin, General Manager of Luzhou Huasheng Glass Co., Ltd., led a team from the Production, R&D and Supply Departments to Chengdu Xinzhi Industry for the company's annual unannounced supplier audit. Ｅxecutive Deputy General Manager Li Qing, accompanied by the heads of the Technical & Quality, Marketing, Production, Administration and Supply Office departments, received the team throughout the visit and held a discussion meeting in the first-floor conference room.
During the meeting, General Manager Ye fully affirmed the quality level, coordination efficiency and after-sales service of our "Sunshine Mould" series products. At the same time, he put forward clear and specific improvement requirements in four areas: delivery control for single-piece and batch orders, tackling technical difficulties in key products, optimization of blank mold design, and front-end technical support. He noted that against the backdrop of current industry pressure, he looks forward to further deepening coordination between the two sides and jointly exploring effective ways to solve development challenges.
On behalf of Xinzhi, Ｅxecutive Deputy General Manager Li Qing made a statement. She expressed sincere thanks for the valuable guidance from Huasheng Glass and made clear that the company would immediately organize a dedicated meeting of all departments to break down and implement the improvement tasks one by one. She required all responsible departments to focus on the four directions of delivery assurance, technical breakthroughs, blank mold design and technical support, and to put forward concrete, verifiable measures to fully meet Huasheng Glass's production and development needs.
This unannounced audit was not only a comprehensive test of our overall support capability by the customer, but also a new starting point for deepening the strategic partnership between the two sides.
