June 2026 marks the 25th National "Work Safety Month", themed "Everyone Talks Safety, Everyone Knows Emergency Response - Identifying and Rectifying Risks and Hidden Dangers". To thoroughly implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions on work safety and the arrangements of the 15th Five-Year Plan, on June 23 Xinzhi invited an instructor from a third-party fire safety publicity center to conduct a special lecture on fire safety knowledge and hands-on practical drills for all employees.

Closely following the criteria for identifying major accident hazards, the activity focused on key skills such as hazard identification, initial fire fighting, emergency evacuation and escape, combining theoretical instruction, on-site hazard inspection and practical simulation. The instructor analyzed common risk points in office and production areas using typical accident cases, and organized employees to practice with fire-fighting equipment and take part in simulated fire escape drills. On-site hazard inspection training was also carried out to guide employees in Ｍastering risk identification methods, effectively raising the safety awareness and emergency response capabilities of all staff.

This training is an important measure by Xinzhi to fulfill its primary responsibility for work safety. Taking "Work Safety Month" as an opportunity, the company will continue to deepen the identification and rectification of risks and hidden dangers, build a solid "firewall" for fire safety, and lay a solid foundation for the safe, stable and high-quality development of the enterprise.
