During the training, all departments focused precisely on core business and job requirements and delivered targeted instruction. For the basic application of ZBrush relief modeling, the General Engineer Office organized a dedicated technical training session to improve the modeling capabilities of technical staff; the Finance Department held training on rules and regulations to strengthen compliance awareness and standardize financial processes; the Marketing Department focused on core market development skills and deepened business capabilities to support market breakthroughs; the Administration Department carried out new employee training to help new hires quickly integrate into the team and become familiar with their work; the Final Inspection Office, focusing on the key links of product quality, strengthened quality control concepts and practical standards; and the Equipment Office provided dedicated instruction on equipment maintenance knowledge for new employees to improve the standardization and safety of equipment operation.
