At the end of March, Xinzhi's workshop beautification project officially began. The project started with the upgrade and renovation of the mold workshop: the old partitions were removed, brand-new workshop partition panels were made and installed, and the company logo was printed on the panels, giving the overall visual effect a fresh, beautiful and elegant look.

At the same time, the company used the Qingming holiday to carry out dedicated beautification of the mold workshop aisles, painting the safety aisles with green dedicated floor paint. After the renovation, the workshop flow lines are clearer and the equipment layout is more orderly, creating a more comfortable and safer working environment for employees and laying a foundation for refined production management going forward.

Next, the company will continue to advance the environmental optimization of the mold workshop. On the one hand, it will carry out dust removal and cleaning across the whole workshop in an orderly manner to thoroughly improve the production environment; on the other hand, it will remove the existing old factory building shell and install a new one, further improving the workshop's hardware facilities and steadily advancing the construction of a modern, standardized workshop.
